Dear Stage Friends

The sad news of Larry Norman's death really hit us hard. The history of PROFILE Productions is closely linked with this artist (see History). While preparing a "Tribute" Radio programme on Life Channel I listened again to the more then 20 vinyl Norman albums that I have in my collection. The songs sounded so fresh! Their lyrics touched me like the first time 30 years ago. Do you know of any "Larry Norman" of the 21st century..?

In April Carlos Martinez will be touring in Switzerland again. We are excited of his participation in a project together with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zurich in a performance of Modest Mussorgskijs "Pictures of an exhibition".

- A first time collaboration with the Tonhalle Orchestra Zürich and Linard Bardill in the framework of 2 concerts for families in the Tonhalle Zürich on Sunday, April 27, 08

Our new apprentice is Valerie Rieser. She works with flowers and is a fan of theatre and acting. Now she is working with us one day per week and is curious to learn about the kind of work that needs to be done in an agency.

Barry McGuire has confirmed coming to Switzerland and Germany! He will be joined by John York, the guitar player of the Byrds and the Mamas & Papas. The period will be in August (11 - 24). Soon we will be ready to communicate the details. 

Meanwhile two Swiss Concerts are confirmed with the famous OSLO GOSPEL CHOIR. The first one is in Winterthur on Saturday, Nov 22, the other one on Sunday, Nov 23 in Montreux. We will let you know when the ticket sale starts. Numbered seating.
